- A deposit may be required to secure a booking. Deposits are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to emergencies, health and safety concerns, or other operational reasons.
3. Payments & Pricing
- All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise specified.
- Full payment is required upon completion of service, unless agreed otherwise.
- Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, and approved digital payment platforms.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings maintain the price quoted at the time of deposit.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Client cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in forfeited deposits.
- No-shows will be charged in full or lose their deposit, depending on service type.
- Refunds, if applicable, are processed at the sole discretion of Feather Ink Tattoo Bali.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate personal information.
- Follow all aftercare or usage instructions provided by our team.
- Disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or relevant health information prior to receiving service.
- Treat staff and other clients with respect.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves in a disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate manner.
6. Liability & Disclaimer
Feather Ink Tattoo Bali is not liable for:
- Reactions caused by undisclosed allergies or health conditions
- Aftercare issues resulting from failure to follow instructions
- Loss or damage to personal items on our premises
All services are provided "as is" and based on professional standards and best practices. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, including artwork, branding, designs, text, logos, and media produced by Feather Ink Tattoo Bali or displayed on our platforms is the exclusive property of Feather Ink Tattoo Bali.
